Select an illness or disease that can be addressed through modification of nutritional behavior. Modifications could include suggestions on restaurant eating, cooking at home, grocery store shopping habits, etc. After deciding the nutritional behavior to modify, develop a 1 PAGE FACTSHEET on the illness or disease, with at least 4-5 suggestions for modifying nutritional behavior within the sheet. THIS SHOULD BE CREATED IN MICROSOFT WORD or PDF. I WILL NOT ACCEPT IT IN PUBLISHER. You may create in publisher and transfer to Word or PDF.
The factsheet should provide basic information as if you were educating an uninformed consumer on that particular topic. It should include a title, brief information on the selected illness/disease, 4-5 ways to modify nutrition behaviors to decrease risk, AND at least 3 website/book references (just list them; you do not have to put them in APA style). Please use as few words as possible while relaying the issue. Think about how much you read… if you see too many words, aren’t you turned off?
