DIVERSITY AND GROUP DYNAMICS ANALYSIS PAPER (Twelve Angry Men)

The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate your understanding of group dynamics and the impact of diversity in group processes. This assignment requires you to view the 1997 version of the movie “Twelve Angry Men” and to read RAP by Davis, Galinsky & Schopler (1995) *
This paper is an analysis of group dynamics/member behaviors and is based on your readings, lectures, and class discussions, etc., about group theory and should not be a narrative of the movie. 

The paper should include the following points:

1. Identification of the group dynamics observed in the movie (norms, roles, etc.;
(35 points)
2. An analysis of how the diversity of the group members impacted the group process. (30 points)
3. Discuss how you would apply the “RAP Model” if you were the leader of this group (25 points)
4. Correct grammar, spelling, organization and clarity, APA formatting (10 points).
