This week you are going to research entrepreneurs and business ideas. Find an entrepreneur that you find interesting and successful. Write a one-page paper defining the background of the individual, why you think he/she is successful, identify their leadership style, level of creativity and innovation, and future plans for their business. Share what characteristics the entrepreneur has that you believe you have as a potential entrepreneur.

Then choose a business idea. The business must be a new online business, the purchase of a franchise or a non-profit business. These are the only business ideas that will be allowed for the project.

Write one paragraph about your business and why the specific leadership style you discussed makes sense for your business.

The paper should be a minimum of 1-1/2pages in length.

The paper should follow all of the APA format including a cover page, a minimum of 2 supporting sources, and a reference page making the total paper a minimum of 3-1/2 pages.
