Discuss the plethora of problems facing Urban Youth. Some of the challenges that we may face as social workers in framing the problem. In this assignment, I would like you to write a short essay  describing the prevalence of specific problems/ issues that confront our youth living in urban enclaves. The issues I want you to focus on is Drug/Alcohol Abuse in Baltimore City. Please research the assigned problem and provide some current statistics on the prevalence of that particular problem in a narrative form. Please be sure that the problems reflect the needs/problems of urban youth specifically in Baltimore city (please make a distinction between national statistics and local statistics, and if possible, demographic breakdowns such as race, religion, or socioeconomic status.) Additionally, in section 2 of this paper, please provide some behavioral definitions to frame the problem.
