III.    Organization SWOT Analysis
Create and include a SWOT table (only 4 boxes) that lists the strengths, weaknesses, threat and opportunities for your organization.  Provide a written discussion of one of the most relevant internal and one of the most relevant external

dimensions. Most relevant refers to those that will have the greatest impact on the HRD plan you are proposing). Be sure to identify into which context (i.e., internal or external) and dimension (i.e., S, W,O, or T) the key influences belongs.  Explain how they will impact your forthcoming Strategic Plan for HRD. Here is an example: Since the merger between X & Y, the internal cultural dimensions within each organization have presented a weakness. [Then briefly say how so and cite how you know what you have said.]

IV.    Competitive Advantage and Core Competencies
What is the source of the companys competitive advantage?  State no more than five of the organizations business core competencies. Explain the core competency and how it creates advantage for the organization.  Comment on how sustainable you think the organizations competitive advantage will be.  [Cite how you know what you have said].

VII.    References: At least 5 which includes at least 3 from scholarly references.  Scholarly references can include but are not limited to class readings.
