Policies can be made by government but also by nongovernmental institutions like corporations, churches, professions, charities, and schools. With this in mind, think of one policy that was created and put into effect. Describe what claims/problems led to the creation of the policy, what the policy was and what it was meant to do and any unintended consequences of the policy. Unintended consequences can be unforeseen harm or unforeseen benefits that policymakers did not take into account when putting the policy in place.
