The COVID Crisis

The Scenario:
The Pandemic has caused concern in many business industries, but at the same time, caused opportunities for expansion in other industries.  As an example, consider the movie industry.  Streaming services has seen considerable growth while many theaters are still struggling.  The restaurant industry has been struggling while many delivery companies such as UberEats and grocery delivery has boomed. 
Your Job:
You can choose to do this individually or in a team up to 4 people.  You are to research a current struggling company (local or otherwise) and provide recommendations of how to help the company.  Your personal critical analysis (not secondary sources such as the internet) is the most important part of the paper and what I am looking for when deciding your grade. 
1. Company Introduction 
How did the company come into existence? Target Market? Company changes? Current leadership?  Who are the major players/stakeholders (customers, suppliers etc.) and how were they performing pre-COVID? 

2. Explain Current Conditions
How has COVID-19 affected the industry your company is in?  How have things improved? or gotten worse? Give specific information, and not generalities. 
3. Reason(s) for Company Struggling
Discussion of the major business environments Economic challenges? Technological challenges? Legal challenges? Competitive challenges? Marketing challenges? Global business changes? Customer preference changes? Was it financial failure or marketing failure? Was leadership at fault? Was this failure avoidable?  Covid Crisis?

4. Possible Solutions (Alternatives) 
List possible general solutions and with reasons why these solutions could potentially lead to business success/revival? How would each solution affect how the company currently operate? How would each solution affect the customer? the workforce? the competition? 

5. Detailed Recommended Solution
Pick one solution and detail the action steps (who will do what and when and how things will be done). How long would implementation probably take? Why is this solution better than the other possible solutions?
