compare at least three different uses of quality audits for an IT-type or business-type product, such as hardware, software, new house construction, or implementing a new inventory process. Then:
    Identify the audits processes you are comparing, and then list the pros and cons of using each.
    Identify the most effective of the three uses for your project? Why?
    Discuss the factors that went into deciding the one that would be the best for your project.

Part 2 (3/4 page)
In today’s project management environment, organizations are taking a structured approach to assessing their current performance by utilizing a framework that benchmarks their current state and allows for the development of improvement plans. Research the following maturity models:
    Continuous Improvement Maturity Model (CIMM).
    Capability Maturity Model (CMM).
Then:
    Define each maturity model.
    Compare and contrast each maturity model.
    Include impacts to project quality management.
    Provide specific examples of use for each maturity model.

Part 3 (3 pages)
For this assignment, identify the necessary quality planning tools and metrics for your selected project. Using Microsoft Excel, you will provide a description and a sample of the metrics demonstrating quality planning.
    Develop at least three planning metrics that represent different aspects of quality, are appropriate to the tools you chose, and are appropriate to your selected project. The metrics should reflect items that are measurable in your project.
    Develop at least two quality planning tools that represent different aspects of quality and that are appropriate to the project.
    Practice using the tools by filling them out with project information. This is a demonstration of the tools you selected and could include charts and graphs.
    Explain how to use the tools and how the tools will be used on the project.
    Explain the advantages and disadvantages of each tool.
