One of the uploaded file is a survey. Even though you are supposed to interview a person, you don’t have to. I mean you can random give your feedback, but it must make sense. The summary report is 3 pages long, but I list at 4 pages is because one page more is for this survey. I need summary report and colored survey (mentioned in files).
