Win-lose situation

Interest-based negotiation defines an appropriate to the exchange process. Rather than regarding each other as contestants, the parties are seen as collaborators seeking overlapping objectives. Through this process each party realizes that they each advance by enhancing the advancement of one another. However, there are some people who still prefer to use the win-lose situation.    With that in mind, identify and discuss a situation in healthcare where this approach would work.  Identify the situation and provide the rationale for your response.  Then identify and discuss a situation where the win-loss approach would be appropriate (You can’t say that there isn’t one – remember this is healthcare.  There is always at least one situation where there can only be a win-lose proposition).
