4) Think about a personal relationship. Do your results from the quiz hold true for you? In other words, in that personal relationship, you prefer this primary way for the other person to show appreciate/love/caring towards you?

2) Now, let’s think about this preference in a work/professional/school or team setting. How do you like to receive “appreciation/caring” in the work/professional/school/team setting? The categories are Acts of Service, Words of Affirmation, Physical Touch, Quality Time and Receiving Gifts. Recall how those things are interpreted in a professional setting. If yes, then explain the impact on you of the appreciation being shown in a way that matches your preferred language(s). If no, then explain the impact of the appreciation being out of step with your preferred languages.
