DISC Assessment and Leadership Styles

he DiSC Assessment looks at behavioral characteristics that can be grouped together into four “personality styles”. People with similar personality scores tend to exhibit specific behavioral characteristics common to that profile. Each of these personality styles has unique needs and likes for communication, behavior, and leadership. Being aware of your own needs, allows you to understand your own reactions to situations. Being aware of other styles needs allows you to better communicate with those styles.
